Reporting a bug
The more we know, the faster we can fix it. In your message, try to include:
- What you were doing (solo, daily, or a room, and which size)
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome"
- For a problem in a room, the room code (the part of the link after
#)
Your account and data
To delete your account, your saved games, or a photo you uploaded, choose "My account or data" above. Send it from a browser where you're signed in, so we know which account it's about. Leave a way to reach you if you'd like a confirmation. The privacy page explains what's stored.
